You want to play football?
In order to enable us to enter your data and to make the necessary arrangements with the Luxembourg Football Federation (FLF), we kindly ask you to fill in
- the registration form of FC Kehlen (ANNEXE 1)
- the application for affiliation to the FLF (ANNEXE 2)
- The following documents must be added:
-> a copy of the identity card and a recent photo (passport size)
-> a copy of the social security card (of the new member)
-> a document/attestation (certificate of residence) for applicants from a member state of the European Union
Only for the BAMBINIS(U7) categorie a medical certificate of fitness to play football from the family doctor must be attached.
Applicants in other categories (from 7 years up, or children who will turn 7, during the year) must attend a medical check-up at the Medico-Sportif.
